ERM is preparing a closure report <br /> which should be in your hands within a few days. <br /> In accord with our discussions of April 30,Heinz U.S.A.requests that San Joaquin County Public Health <br /> Services provide a"No Further Action"letter,subject to completion of ground water monitoring to the <br /> agency's satisfaction,and subject to investigatlon and correction of any additional problems which may be <br /> indicated by monitoring results. it is requested that the letter be completed as quickly as possible,as it is a <br /> key requirement in rhe completion of the property transfer to the Cranbrook Group. <br /> Thank you for your prompt attentivn to this request.
