1. Haul hazardous waste in drums, dump truck or tanker. <br /> 2. Load hazardous waste such as drums, bulk soil or bulk liquid into a vehicle utilizing a fork Iift <br /> or tractor. No excavation of material is included, however, moving soil with a front end loader <br /> may be required. , <br /> 3. Vacuum hazardous waste from a sump, tank or pipe. Material will be loaded into a tank truck � <br /> for disposal. I <br /> 4. Steam clean, scrape and sweep a sump, tank, pipe, or:paved isurface. Rinse material will be <br /> vacuumed into a tank truck or packaged in containers for disposal: <br /> 5. Clean-up hazardous materials spill in water. Work includes deployment, removal, containment <br /> and packaging of absorbent materials. <br /> 6. Clean-up roadside hazardous materials spill. Work includes spreading, sweeping, containment <br /> and packaging of absorbent crystals. <br /> Please comment in writing as to The CSLB's jurisdiction over each type of work indicated above. <br /> If you feel that any of the items require a contractors license or a Hazardous Substance Removal <br /> and Remedial Actions Certificate please state your reason.
