Please submit a copy of <br /> all access-agreements, an encroachment permit issued by the City of Stockton, the Well and <br /> Boring Permit Application for the well destructions, Master File Record form, and appropriate <br /> fees for this site. The permit fee for the destruction of each well is $125.00, along with a <br /> $375.00 Inspection Activity fee per parcel. Since eighteen currently are installed, a fee of <br /> $3,375.00 will be required for the well destruction hermits. <br /> { Please provide the EHD certification in writing that all record owners of fee title to the above- <br /> referenced site have been notified of your request for closure. This is in accordance with <br /> Section 25297.15 of the California Health and Safety Code.
