I received your letter requesting a well <br /> destruction work plan, permitting fees and application. In the letter you state that the site has 2 <br /> offsite wells located in the City of Stockton Right-of-Way. I have been trying to ascertain more <br /> information regarding the installation of these wells. l have a stack of reports from the consultant <br /> that installed the wells back in 2001 but I don't have the actual report documenting the <br /> installation of the off-site wells, Status Report, Additional Site Investigation, dated 14 January <br /> 2002, prepared by Wright Environmental Services, Inc. <br /> There are a total of 4 wells located off-site, MW-4, MW-5, MW-6, and MW-7. MW-4 and MW-5 <br /> are installed on the San Joaquin County Fairgrounds Property and well MW-6 is installed on the <br /> west side of Sierra Nevada Street close to the intersection of Charter Way, and MW-7 is <br /> installed on the east side of Sierra Nevada Street approximately 75 feet north of the site. 1 am <br /> trying to determine if wells MW-6 and MW-7 are in City right-of-way. Based on Parcel maps it <br /> appears that MW-6 is located on the property at 1333 E Charter Way and MW-7 may be located <br /> in the city right-of-way. I am fairly certain that wells MW-4 and MW-5 are on county property but <br /> unsure of MW-6 and MW-7. My first question is which two wells you were referring to in the <br /> letter when you stated 2 wells are located on City of Stockton Property. And my second <br /> question can you help shed any light on the actual property the other two wells are located on? I <br /> think they might be on private property but I am not certain. <br /> Any assistance you can provide would be appreciated.
