MW-4 and MW-5 <br /> are installed on the San Joaquin County Fairgrounds Property and well MW-6 is installed on the <br /> west side of Sierra Nevada Street close to the intersection of Charter Way, and MW-7 is installed <br /> on the east side of Sierra Nevada Street approximately 75 feet north of the site. I am trying to <br /> determine if wells MW-6 and MW-7 are in City right-of-way. Based on Parcel maps it appears that <br /> MW-6 is located on the property at 1333 E Charter Way and MW-7-may be located in the city <br /> right-of-way. I am fairly certain that wells MW-4 and MW-5 are on county property.but unsure of <br /> MW-6 and MW-7. My first question is which two wells you were referring to in the letter when you <br /> stated 2 wells are located.on City of Stockton. Property. And my second question can you help <br /> shed any light on the actual property the other two wells are located on? I think they might be on <br /> private property but I am not certain. <br /> Any assistance you can provide would be appreciated.
