I wish Advanced <br /> GeoEnviron mental, Inc. had submitted the.Soil Vapor Investigation Work Plan in 2009 when first <br /> the Environmental Health .Department(EHD)directed by letter dated 10 November 2009, the <br /> submittal of an evaluation of the potential for vapor intrusion into structures at this site that included " <br /> the need to collect soil gas samples., <br /> As mentioned in.the EHD letter dated 02 February 2012, the Cleanup Fund(CUF) stated by email <br /> dated 31 January 2012 that the limited area of soil contamination and the direction of groundwater <br /> gradient was unlikely to create a vapor threat" and that.the site should be closed" Since there are <br /> limited reimbursements of expenses allotted to sites that have been recommended for closure <br /> consideration by the CUF, additional fieldwork'at this site is not an option. For these reasons, I have <br /> denied the report in GeoTracker.
