(AGE) on February 29, 2008, concerning the <br /> recommendation by the EHD for relocating the proposed cone penetration test (CPT) boring <br /> (CPT-6) and addressing questions about the ozone operating system presented by the EHD by' <br /> letter dated January 2, 2008. <br /> AGE has agreed to move the proposed CPT-6 boring approximately:twelve feet south of the <br /> location proposed by AGE in Work Plan Addendum, dated November 19, 2007. AGE also <br /> f provided information from the manufacturer of the ozone sparge system, .Aries Tele, <br /> concerning the number of pounds of ozone currently injected daily at the above-referenced site, <br /> and the ozone generator's ability to accommodate the three additional proposed sparge points. <br /> AGE also stated that hours-and percentage of time the ozone system is operational will be <br /> I included along with other ozone parameters in quarterly reports, beginning the fourth quarter <br />` 2007. <br /> The EHD contacted AGE by telephone on February 29, 2008, after reviewing the information <br /> provided in the email on that day. Noting that AGE does not propose to upgrade the current <br /> EnviroSparge II (ES 11) system if the three additional proposed sparge points are installed since <br /> the current ES II system can accommodate up to ten sparge points; and noting that the current <br /> ES 11 system consisting of three sparge points, and the proposed ES 11 system consisting of six <br /> I <br /> I <br /> i <br />
