Roberts Oil Company May 23, 1988 <br />Project No. -1628G Page 7 <br />5, 6, 7, 10, and 11, respectfully, were outlined in the Exceltech proposal to <br />Roberts Oil Company (Exceltech, 1988). The Contamination Assessment Report <br />is required by the RWQCB and SJLHD agencies to be a stand-alone document <br />which contains all data, interpretations, and supporting evidence that was used <br />to assess the site contamination. <br />Laboratory analyses of the soil and ground -water samples collected will be <br />conducted in accordance with RWQCB guidelines. Ground -water and soil <br />samples will be analyzed for TVH, BTX, and TEH using the appropriate EPA <br />methods. The samples will be analyzed on a normal (10 to 15 working day) <br />laboratory turn around time, unless rush analyses (24 hours) are requested <br />(rush charges are three times the normal rate). <br />The adjusted cost estimates for the project tasks needed to complete site <br />assessment activities are presented below. These costs are -estimated at a <br />time and materials basis. Actual costs will be billed as they are completed. <br />Exceltech payment terms are net 30 days, due and payable upon receipt of our <br />invoice.
