The facility receives, stores and distributes refined petroleum <br />products (kerosene, diesel and gasoline). The property upon which the <br />facility is located is owned by Mr. William Roberts. Currently, Roberts Oil <br />Company, owned by Mr. Bruce Woolsey, operates a Mobil Oil Corporation bulk <br />plant onsite. <br />The facility consists of a warehouse, an above ground storage tank farm, <br />transfer block, loading area, and an underground storage tank farm, all <br />enclosed within a fenced perimeter. The warehouse is located within the <br />northwest portion of the fenced perimeter. The above ground storage tank <br />yard is located south of the warehouse, with the underground storage tank <br />yard located within the northeast corner of the fenced perimeter. Refined <br />petroleum product transfer points include a kerosene pump along the east <br />wall of the warehouse, and the transfer block and loading area located <br />immediately east of the above ground storage tank farm.
