Dear Mr Infurna <br /> This letter report presents the results of the first quarter 2001 groundwater monitoring and sampling <br /> activities at the subject site(Figure 1) <br /> STTE ACTTVnUS <br /> Activities at the site included monitoring water level elevations and purging and sampling groundwater <br /> from site wells Groundwater samples were analyzed for total petroleum hydrocarbons as gasoline <br /> (TPHg), total petroleum hydrocarbons as diesel (TPHd), benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, total xylenes <br /> (BTEC, gasoline oxygenate additives, 1,2 dichloroethane(1,2 DCA), and ethylene dlbromide (EDB) <br /> FIELDWORK <br /> Groundwater Monitoring and Sampling <br /> On February 27, 2001 monitoring wells MW1 through MW3 were monitored and sampled <br /> Groundwater elevations were calculated by measuring the depth to groundwater in each well and <br /> subtracting from the respective wellhead elevation Groundwater at the site rose an average of 0 91 <br /> feet since last monitored on November 3, 2000 Groundwater flow was in a northwesterly direction <br /> • with a hydraulic gradient of approximately 0 013 ft/ft A potentiometnc surface map generated using <br /> --isey chtlgmr11gm2001 doc <br />
