The purpose of this inspection was to <br /> determine whether the surface impoundment located at your <br /> facility is subject to the requirements of the TPCA. A copy of <br /> the inspection report is attached. <br /> After inspecting the site and reviewing additional information, <br /> we have determined that EDCC' s surface impoundment is not subject <br /> to the TPCA.
