Charter Way, Stockton, CA 95205 (SITE) <br /> Dear Sir or Madam, <br /> I spoke with Gregg of EHD today regarding the subject project. Per you request, attached is a <br /> work plan and completed forms for the subject drilling project SITE. <br /> Introduction <br /> The subject SITE is a vacant industrial complex. It consists of more than 14 industrial buildings <br /> [Fig. 1] located in Stockton, San Joaquin County, California in a commercial and industrial area. <br /> The current owner is CCJS, and Mr. Scott Kurteff is a representative of CCJS owners <br /> (Tel.: 831-238-0433, Fax: 831-626-3587). This work is required because of a pending real <br /> estate transaction. ACS has been retained jointly by CCJS and the Cathay Bank (representing <br /> the buyer) to conduct a pre-transaction Phase II investigation report. <br /> ACS or its assignee will provide for- <br /> 1. Informing Dig-Alert [public domain data]; saw cut concrete, drilling for 29 soil bores (total up <br /> to 290 linear ft); to about 10 feet below ground surface (bgs). Each of the bores will be hand- <br /> augered at the top 4 feet to avoid accidental breach of pipes and other underground <br /> obstacles. <br /> 2. Analyses: including volatile organic compounds, organic full scan [8260], and CAM metals. <br /> Number of samples to be taken: approximately 60, including duplicates. <br /> 3. Other project management, including supervision by a state registered Professional <br /> Geologist, sampling, transporting. <br /> 4. Writing a Phase II soil investigation report, and presented to the owner. <br /> 5. Sampling will be supervised by a California Registered Professional Geologist. <br /> 6. Samples will be analyzed by State certified laboratories. <br /> 7. Resurface the bore hole vicinity with cement. <br /> 8. Private utility locator will delineate private underground utility on SITE. <br /> 9. Conduct daily tailgate meeting for safety and health. <br /> 10.
