As stated in the letter,the objective of the pumping tests are to identify <br /> hydraulic characteristics preliminary to providing a Feasibility Study/Remedial Options <br /> Evaluation report. Extracted groundwater will be treated with granulated activated carbon <br /> before discharge to the City of Stockton sanitary sewer as proposed in Geomatrix' November <br /> Application for Discharge Permit submitted to the City of Stockton. We concur witth this aquifer <br /> test proposal. <br /> Geomatrix also notes that several groundwater constituents are detected for which cleanup goals <br /> have not been discussed and requests that Board staff update cleanup goals for soil and <br /> groundwater.
