The wells are being installed as <br /> "temporary monitoring wells" on property designated the "Bridgeport Trails Development." <br /> Per our telephone conversations, I have included a well permit form and a check of$89.00; a <br /> MFR form and a check for$261.00; a copy of the work plan (approved by the Regional Water <br /> Quality Control Board); and a copy of the access agreement for the current project. The <br /> drilling contractor (Spectrum Exploration, Stockton, CA) will send you a completed LCD <br /> form directly. We are planning on starting the drilling activities on July 16, 2001.
