The front half of the property is smoothly graded, but the <br /> back half is not and has several areas where pudkes develop after rainstorms. <br /> The highest point is located at the northeast corner and is approximately <br /> 5 feet higher than the loosest points along the rad. The topography is shown <br /> on Figure 1. � <br /> Ground Surface Condition. The front half of the property has been graveled <br /> and oiled, but coverage is not uniform with somalspots wal—covered and some <br /> almost bare. Infiltration takes place thr;6ughout most of the South <br /> half of the farm unit where no gravel and oil has been applied. Ib <br /> Most of the farm unit's infiltration probably takes place through the <br /> unlined ditch located at the south end of the farm units west side. Runoff <br /> from about 95 percent; of the farm unit flows to ,phis unlined ditch. <br /> i <br /> I3raii�a ee. The. drainage pattern is illustrated on Figure 1. Two con- <br /> nected ditches drain approximately 95 percent ot; the farm unit. The remaining C <br /> 5 percent drains off the property.
