MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM NO. 96-817 - 2 - <br /> FORMER <br /> 2 - <br /> FORMER STOCKTON FACILITY <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> REPORTING <br /> 1. Monitoring reports shall be submitted to the Board by the 10th day of March, July and <br /> November, until such time that the Executive Officer determines that the reports are no longer <br /> necessary. Each monitoring report shall include a ground water contour map, contaminant <br /> concentration maps, the status of any ongoing investigation and remediation, a description of the <br /> quarterly sampling event, and in tabular form, the validated water quality data and depth to <br /> ground water. The tabulated water quality data shall be in a cumulative form beginning with <br /> the analytical results from March 1995. <br /> 2. An annual report evaluating the effectiveness and progress of investigation and remediation <br /> shall be submitted to the Board by 10 March of each year, and may be combined with the <br /> monitoring report. The report shall cover the previous calendar year, and shall contain, at a <br /> minimum, the following information: both tabular and graphical summaries of the monitoring <br /> data obtained during the previous year; ground water contour maps and contaminant <br /> concentration maps; spatial and temporal trends in the concentrations of pollutants in ground <br /> water monitoring wells; whether the contaminant plume is being captured by an extraction <br /> system or is continuing to spread; plans as needed for improving the ground water extraction or <br /> treatment system(s); and the anticipated date for completion of cleanup activities. The annual <br /> report shall also include the reasons for and duration of all interruptions in the operation of the <br /> treatment system. <br /> Based on the data from the previous year, the Discharger shall, in the annual report, identify <br /> data gaps and potential deficiencies/redundancies in the monitoring system or reporting program <br /> and propose any necessary revised ground water sampling plan frequency and analyses with the <br /> rationale for the proposed revisions. <br /> 3. The results of any monitoring done more frequently than required at the locations specified in <br /> this Order shall be reported to the Board. <br /> The Discharger shall implement the above monitoring program as of the date of this Order. <br /> Ordered by: <br /> ITES R.
