The findings and conclusions include the following: <br /> Parcels APNs 163-020-042 and -043 consist of undeveloped vacant land, <br /> which was historically used for agricultural purposes; therefore, <br /> organochloride and metal pesticide residues within the surficial soil at the site. <br />
