Two different environmental sampling
scenarios are presented below with two different costs associated with less to more sampling.
Scenario 1. Phase II Environmental Site Assessment
$23,280.00
This phase of work includes obtaining a drilling permit through the SJCEHM,drilling three borings to
groundwater, collecting 6 soil samples and 3 groundwater samples from the borings for laboratory
analysis. The soil and groundwater samples will be analyzed for the tests described above in Tasks 1.
Collecting 8 composited soil samples throughout the site and 4 soil samples from the four comers of
property and analyzed for tests described in Task 2. In addition, 3 surficial soil samples will be
collected from the discharge of the clarifier and hydrocarbon-stained soil areas for analysis as
described in Task 2. All soil and groundwater samples will be analyzed on a 3-day tum around and
preparation of a technical report of the findings and results.
Scenario 2. Phase II Environmental Site Assessment with LBP/ACM Surve $26,460.00
This phase of work includes obtaining a drilling permit through the SJCEHM,drilling three borings to
groundwater, collecting 6 soil samples and 3 groundwater samples from the borings for laboratory
analysis.
