(AGE) on your behalf
for the Former Hess DuBois Cleaners at 348 Harding Way in Stockton (site). The San Joaquin
County Environmental Health Department approved the Work Plan on 29 March 2002. The
Work Plan meets the requests as stated in Regional Board's 7 October 2002 letter with the
exception that no soil vapor sampling is proposed. Regional Board staff will review the results
of the investigation and evaluate the need for soil vapor sampling at that time.
Based on my 11 October 2002 phone conversation with Mr. William Little of AGE, by
3 January 2003, please submit an investigation report that discusses the field activities,
sampling results, and recommendations for an additional investigation, if needed. The
investigation report should be prepared in general accordance with the attached Items To Be
Included In a Site Assessment Report.
