CALIFORNIA REGIONAL WATER QUALITY CONTROL BOARD <br /> CENTRAL VALLEY REGION <br /> MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM NO. 93-701 <br /> FOR <br /> GEWEKE LAND DEVELOPMENT AND MARKETING <br /> 16 SOUTH CHEROKEE LANE, LODI <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> Specific sample station locations are established under direction of the <br /> Board's staff and a description of the stations are attached to this Order. <br /> Prior to construction, plans and specifications for ground water monitoring, <br /> injection, and/or extraction wells shall be submitted to Board staff for <br /> review and approval . <br /> GROUND WATER MONITORING <br /> The ground water monitoring network, shown in Figure B, consists of 13 <br /> monitoring wells and an extraction well in Categories 1 and 2. Category 1 <br /> wells include EW11 MW6, MW7, MW10, MW11, MW12 and MW13 and Category 2 wells <br /> include MW1, MW2, MW3, MW4, MW5, MW8, and MW9. After construction, new wells <br /> will be included in Category 1 until otherwise specified by the Board. <br /> The following shall constitute the ground water monitoring program: <br /> • Category 1 Category 2 <br /> Constituentslin <br /> Units Syamole Freauencv Frepuenc <br /> Depth to ground water Feet -- Quarterly Quarterly <br /> Volatile Organics ' Pg/1 Grab Quarterly Annually 2 <br /> TPH as gasoline ' Pg/1 Grab Quarterly <br /> Annually <br /> Purgeable Organics ° Pg/l Grab Quarterly Annually <br /> Lead 5 Quarterly y <br /> Ethylenedibromide(EDB) 5 µg/I Grab Quarterly Annually <br /> U.S. EPA Method 602, report all constituents <br /> z The annual sampling event will occur during the first calendar quarter. <br /> If any well is dry during the normally scheduled annual sampling event, <br /> then ground water samples will be collected for analysis during the <br /> following quarter sampling event when ground water is present. <br /> LUFT Method GCFID, report all peaks outside gasoline range <br /> U.S. EPA Method 601, report all constituents <br /> 5 If no constituents are detected in the first two sample analyses, <br /> these analyses may be deleted from the monitoring program, at the <br /> discretion of the Board. <br />
