MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM NO. 93-701 - 2 - <br /> GEWEKE LAND DEVELOPMENT AND MARKETING <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY • <br /> REPORTING <br /> Quarterly reports are required in Section 2652(d) of the Underground Tank <br /> Regulations, Chapter 16, Division 3, Title 23, of the California Code of <br /> Regulations. Quarterly reports must follow the format included in the Tri- <br /> Regional Recommendations and Appendix A which were made a part of Cleanup and <br /> Abatement Order No. 93-701 . <br /> Quarterly reports shall be submitted to the Board by the 20th day of the month <br /> following the end of each calendar quarter until such time that the Executive <br /> Officer determines that the reports are no longer necessary. <br /> Prior to startup of a ground water treatment system, the Dischargers shall <br /> supply Board staff with a ground water monitoring program that will <br /> demonstrate the effectiveness of the ground water treatment system. <br /> The results of any monitoring done more frequently than required at the <br /> locations specified in the Monitoring and Reporting Program shall be reported <br /> to the Board. <br /> The Discharger shall implement the above monitoring program as of the date of <br /> this Order. <br /> LLOrdered by: WLXS�. �• <br /> W LIAM FF.—CROOKS, Executive Officer <br /> 15 March 1993 <br /> 15 March 1993 (Date) <br />
