REVISED MONITORING AND REPORTING PROG <br /> GEWEKE LAND DEVELOPMENT AND �M NO. 93-701 <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY MARKETING <br /> - 4 - <br /> Quarterly reports are required in Section 2652(d) <br /> 16, Division 3, Title 23, of the California Code of Regulations.the Underground Tank Regulations, Chapter <br /> format included in the Tri-Regional Recommendation <br /> Cleanup and Abatement Order No. Quarterly reports must follow the <br /> 93-701. Appendix A which were made a part of <br /> Quarterly reports shall be submitted to the Board by the 20th da of the <br /> of each calendar quarter until such time that the Executive Officer determines that the reports no longer necessary, y month following the end <br /> Prior to startupP s are <br /> staff with a groundwater monitoringor ground water treatment system, the Dischargers shall supply <br /> ground water treatment program that will demonstrate the effectivenessofhe rd <br /> system. <br /> The results of any monitoring done more frequently than required at the locations specified in the <br /> Monitoring and Reporting Program shall be reported to the Board. <br /> The Discharger shall implement the revised <br /> order. monitoring program as of the effective date of this <br /> Ordered by: <br /> WILLIAM H.
