Cherokee Lane in Lodi (Site). No public comments were received. Additionally, I reviewed the <br /> Closure Summary Report, received 16 September 2009, and submitted by your consultant Advanced <br /> GeoEnvironmental Inc. I have no comments on the Closure Summary Report. <br /> In order to move to the next phase in the USTs closure process, please provide a well abandonment <br /> workplan (Workplan) by 30 January 2010 with a proposed schedule for the permitting and fieldwork. <br /> After our review, the written approval to the requested Workplan will be issued.
