REVISED MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM NO. 93-701 - 4 - <br /> GEWEKE LAND DEVELOPMENT AND MARKETING <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> REPORTING <br /> Quarterly reports are required in Section 2652(d) of the Underground Tank Regulations, <br /> Chapter 16, Division 3, Title 23, of the California Code of Regulations. Quarterly reports <br /> must follow the format included in the Tri-Regional Recommendations and Appendix A <br /> which were made a part of Cleanup and Abatement Order No. 93-701. <br /> Quarterly reports shall be submitted to the Board by the 20th day of the month following the <br /> end of each calendar quarter until such time that the Executive Officer determines that the <br /> reports are no longer necessary. <br /> Prior to startup of a soil or ground water treatment system, the Dischargers shall supply <br /> Board staff with a ground water monitoring program that will demonstrate the effectiveness <br /> of the ground water treatment system. <br /> The results of any monitoring done more frequently than required at the locations specified in <br /> the Monitoring and Reporting Program shall be reported to the Board. <br /> The Discharger shall implement the revised monitoring program as of <br /> WILLIAM H.
