The Discharger shall operate the bioremediation project as outlined in the Final <br /> Remediation Plan dated 30 July 1993, addendum to the Plan dated 5 October 1993, <br /> and letter dated 8 November 1993, <br /> 2. The Discharger will not add nutrients to the wells at any time. <br /> 3. The Discharger shall unconditionally permit the Board: <br /> a. Entry upon facility premises, and <br /> b. Sampling of any discharge. <br /> 4. The Discharger shall provide detailed reports regarding the bioremediation activities <br /> upon request of the Executive Officer. <br /> And be it further <br /> RESOLVED, that this waiver shall be conditional and may be terminated at any time. <br /> I, WILLIAM H.
