Box 2009 <br /> Stockton, CA 95202 <br /> REQUEST FOR EXTENSION OF PROBLEM ASSESSMENT REPORT SUBMITTAL FOR GEWEKE FORD <br /> (C&D NO. 90-072) - LODI, SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> Geweke Land Development and Marketing has requested an extension for <br /> submitting the Problem Assessment Report (PAR) from 31 May 1991 to 31 July <br /> 1991. In our site investigation on 8 May 1991, we were able to see that <br /> Geweke is progressing in their investigation to determine the extent of <br /> contamination by installing more wells. Therefore, we can concur with the <br /> request for the extension. <br /> Following are our comments to be incorporated in your letter to Geweke: <br /> We accept your request for an extension to submit a PAR by 31 July 1991 <br /> and request that a progress report by submitted by 28 June 1991 <br /> outlining the work that has been completed to date. The progress report <br /> is to follow the requirements for your quarterly report. A quarterly <br /> report due in July can be incorporated into the PAR. <br /> We also have not received your quarterly monitoring report that was due <br /> to our office and the Regional Board by 15 April 1991.
