30 September 2005 <br /> AGE-NC Project No. 95-0109 <br /> Page 3 of 3 <br /> The remaining annular space was filled to approximately 2 feet bsg with a cement grout.The grout <br /> mixture will consisted of Type UII portland neat cement and not more than 6 gallons of water per <br /> 94-pound sack of cement;the grout was pumped through the augers.Each well was completed using <br /> a traffic-rated, water-tight well box. Well design details are attached. <br /> CONNECTION OF OZONE INJECTION WELLS TO EXISTING OZONE SYSTEM <br /> Each"new"ozone well as well as OW-1R will be connected,via subsurface piping,to the existing <br /> ozone injection unit. Delivery of ozone to the well surface will be via high-pressure, fiberglass- <br /> reinforced,poly tubing placed within schedule 40 PVC piping.
