All staff assigned to this project will be briefed on the procedures and <br /> responsibilities for implementation, <br /> The SSO is trained in first aid and CPR. A first aid kit and Fre extinguisher will be <br /> located in the BC support vehicle. The emergency shut-off switch for the drill rig will be <br /> function during the site safety briefing. The nearest telephone is located inside <br /> identified, and all field personnel working in the area will be informed of its location and <br /> the GLDM <br /> building. Documentation of each employee's activities is maintained <br /> by the HSO in Sacramento, California. <br /> Documentation of the implementation of this plan will be accomplished using Attachments <br /> A through D. <br />
