Chronology - 3 - 17 February 1993 <br /> Geweke <br /> submitted by a different consultant, PES Environmental (PES) . <br /> 15 Feb 91 The treatment system design was not submitted. <br /> 11 Apr 91 In a letter to County staff, Board staff stated that the <br /> second work plan was incomplete, Geweke was not in compliance <br /> with the C&A, and that the PAR should be submitted no later <br /> than 31 May 1991 . <br /> 25 Apr 91 In a letter to Geweke, County staff requested additional <br /> information for the work plan and recommended that the PAR be <br /> submitted by 31 May 1991 . <br /> 2 May 91 In a letter to Board staff, Geweke requested a time extension <br /> to 31 July 1991 for submittal of the PAR. <br /> 8 May 91 Board and County staff inspected the site during well <br /> drilling. Five additional wells were installed for a total of <br /> 15 wells. <br /> 20 May 91 In a letter to County staff, Board staff allowed the <br />• extension, requested that a progress report be submitted by <br /> 28 June 1991 , and noted that the 15 April quarterly report was <br /> past due and must be submitted immediately. (Note that no <br /> quarterly reports had been submitted to date, as required in <br /> the C&A, although some analytical data was submitted in other <br /> reports . ) <br /> 3 Jun 91 In a letter to Geweke, County staff repeated Board staff <br /> comments and requests. <br /> 28 Jun 91 Neither .the progress report nor the quarterly report was <br /> submitted. <br /> 1 Jul 91 A progress report was submitted by PES. No quarterly report <br /> was submitted. <br /> 31 Jul •91 A PAR was submitted by PES. Four additional monitoring wells <br /> and an extraction well had been installed, an aquifer test <br /> conducted, ground water extraction, treatment, and reinjection <br /> was proposed, and a modification to the monitoring program was <br /> requested. Soil contamination had not been defined. No <br /> quarterly report was submitted, however, quarterly monitoring <br /> results were included in the PAR. <br /> 1 Aug 91 During a telephone conversation between Board and County <br />. staffs, Geweke's failure to submit quarterly reports was i <br /> discussed. <br />
