7 <br />. Chronology - 2 - 17 February 1993 <br /> Geweke <br /> 12 Jun 90 B&C submitted a progress report including the sampling report <br /> of the 5 existing wells. Four of the 5 wells were <br /> contaminated. The PAR was not yet submitted. <br /> 13 Jun 90 In a letter to Geweke, the Office of Chief Counsel agreed to <br /> hold the request for rescission in abeyance for two years from <br /> the date of the petition. <br /> 29 Jun 90 The FRP was not submitted as required by the C&A. <br /> 03 Jul 90 Four new wells were installed as per the 23 March 1990 work <br /> plan. Contamination was found and ground water contamination <br /> was not yet defined. <br /> 15 Jul 90 B&C submitted a letter reporting that samples had been <br /> collected and anticipated that a report would be submitted by <br /> 13 August 1990. <br /> 24 Aug 90 A report was submitted describing the well installation and <br /> sample results. All downgradient wells were contaminated. <br />• 24 Aug 90 The FRP was not implemented as required by the C&A. The PAR <br /> had not yet been submitted either. <br /> 31 Aug 90 In a letter to Geweke, the Executive Officer expressed concern <br /> over the delays in investigation and required submittal of a <br /> new work plan and time schedule to define the contamination by <br /> 28 September 1990. <br /> 28 Sep 90 The new work plan and time schedule were not submitted. <br /> 1 Oct 90 During a telephone conversation, B&C staff reported to Board <br /> staff that the report would be submitted by the end of the <br /> week. <br /> 5 Oct 90 A time schedule and recommendations to install additional <br /> wells and an interim ground water treatment system was <br /> submitted by B&C. <br /> 2 Jan 91 Board and County staffs inspected the site. <br /> 15 Jan 91 In a letter to Geweke, Board staff accepted the work plan and <br /> directed that the treatment system design be submitted by <br /> 15 February 1991 . <br /> 31 Jan 91 County staff notified Geweke that the site had been placed in <br />. the Local Oversight Program (LOP) . <br /> 12 Feb 91 A second work plan to install additional monitoring wells was <br />
