i y <br /> • 24 September 2001 <br /> AGE-NC Project No 95-0109 <br /> Page 5of9 , <br /> I Laboratory reports for the soil analyses,testing methods,laboratory quality assurance/quality control <br /> (QA/QC) reports, and sample chain of custody documentation will be presented in a report of ` <br /> findings with recommendations 7 <br /> 3 5 WELL COMPLETION, DEVELOPMENT AND SURVEY <br /> Following installation,the well will be developed to maximize water flow and minimize the amount <br /> of fine-grained sediment drawn into the well during pumping or bailing After development, the top <br /> of the well casing(well head)will be surveyed to determine its elevation relative to mean sea level <br /> Procedures for well installation, and for development and survey are presented in Sections 4 4 and <br /> 4 5 , respectively <br /> 3 6 'GROUND WATER SAMPLE COLLECTION AND ANALYSIS <br /> Ground water monitoring and sampling of the newly installed ground water monitoring well will be <br />� . conducted on a quarterly basis unless an alternate schedule or suspension of monitoring is approved <br /> by the CVRWQCB Groundwater monitoring activities will include recording depth to groundwater <br /> measurements and collection of ground water samples for laboratory analysis Ground water sample <br /> collection procedures are described in Section 4 6 <br /> Ground water samples will be analyzed by a State of California DHS-certified laboratory for the <br /> following constituents <br /> • EPA Methods 8015 Modified/5030 for TPH-g, <br /> • EPA Method 602 for BTEX and MTBE, <br /> • EPA Method 8260 Modified for fuel additives including MTBE,TBA,DIPE,ETBE,TAME, ' <br /> EDB and 1,2-DCA, and <br /> EPA Method 8260B for volatile organic compounds <br /> 37 REPORT PREPARATION _ <br /> Upon completion of field work and receipt of final laboratory analysis, a report will be prepared <br /> presenting the findings of the investigation The report will mclude'a description of the work <br /> performed and results ofthe sampling and analysis Conclusions,applicable recommendations,maps <br /> and cross-sections will be included in the report The report will be in,a format acceptable to the <br /> CVRWQCB, and will be reviewed and signed by a California Registered Geologist <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc <br />
