i y • 24 September 2001 AGE-NC Project No 95-0109 Page 5of9 , I Laboratory reports for the soil analyses,testing methods,laboratory quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) reports, and sample chain of custody documentation will be presented in a report of ` findings with recommendations 7 3 5 WELL COMPLETION, DEVELOPMENT AND SURVEY Following installation,the well will be developed to maximize water flow and minimize the amount of fine-grained sediment drawn into the well during pumping or bailing After development, the top of the well casing(well head)will be surveyed to determine its elevation relative to mean sea level Procedures for well installation, and for development and survey are presented in Sections 4 4 and 4 5 , respectively 3 6 'GROUND WATER SAMPLE COLLECTION AND ANALYSIS Ground water monitoring and sampling of the newly installed ground water monitoring well will be � . conducted on a quarterly basis unless an alternate schedule or suspension of monitoring is approved by the CVRWQCB Groundwater monitoring activities will include recording depth to groundwater measurements and collection of ground water samples for laboratory analysis Ground water sample collection procedures are described in Section 4 6 Ground water samples will be analyzed by a State of California DHS-certified laboratory for the following constituents • EPA Methods 8015 Modified/5030 for TPH-g, • EPA Method 602 for BTEX and MTBE, • EPA Method 8260 Modified for fuel additives including MTBE,TBA,DIPE,ETBE,TAME, ' EDB and 1,2-DCA, and EPA Method 8260B for volatile organic compounds 37 REPORT PREPARATION _ Upon completion of field work and receipt of final laboratory analysis, a report will be prepared presenting the findings of the investigation The report will mclude'a description of the work performed and results ofthe sampling and analysis Conclusions,applicable recommendations,maps and cross-sections will be included in the report The report will be in,a format acceptable to the CVRWQCB, and will be reviewed and signed by a California Registered Geologist Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc
