. 28 November 2003 <br /> AGE-NC Project No 95-0109 _ <br /> Page 4of7 <br /> level Procedures for well installation and development and survey are presented in Sections 43 and <br /> 4 4 , respectively <br /> 3 4 GROUND WATER SAMPLE COLLECTION AND ANALYSIS <br /> Ground water monitoring and sampling of the newly installed ground water monitoring wells will <br /> be conducted on a quarterly basis unless an alternate schedule or suspension of monitoring is <br /> approved by the CVRWQCB However, if a quarterly sampling event is not pending within 3 weeks <br /> of wells installation, each newly-installed well will be sampled after development and then <br /> incorporated into the quarterly monitoring program Groundwater monitoring activities will include <br /> recording depth to ground water measurements and collection of ground water samples for laboratory n <br /> analysis Ground water sample collection procedures are described in Section 4 6 <br /> Ground water samples will be analyzed by a State of California DHS-certified laboratory for the <br /> following constituents <br /> • EPA Methods 8015 Modified/5030 for total petroleum hydrocarbons quantified as gasoline <br /> (TPH-g), <br /> • EPA Method 602 for benzene, toluene, ethyl benzene and xylenes (BTEX), <br /> • Fuel additives di-isopropyl ether(RIPE), ethyl tertiary-butyl ether(ETBE),methyl tertiary- <br /> butyl ether (MTBE), tertiary-amyl methyl ether (TAME), tertiary butanol (TBA), <br /> 1,2-dichloroethane (1,2-DCA) and ethylene dibromide (EDB) in accordance with EPA <br /> Method 8260B, and <br /> • EPA Method 8260B for volatile organic compound (VOCs) <br /> 35 REPORT PREPARATION <br /> Upon completion of field work and receipt of final laboratory analysis, a report will be prepared <br /> presenting the findings of the investigation The report will include a description of the work <br /> performed and results of the sampling and analysis Conclusions,applicable recommendations,maps <br /> and cross-sections will be included in theyeport The report will be in a format acceptable to the <br /> CVRWQCB, and will be reviewed and signed by a California Registered Geologist <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmeatal,Inc <br /> 1 <br />
