REPORT <br /> SUBSURFACE ENVIRONMENTAL INVESTIGATION <br /> SOIL BORINGS AND MONITORING WELL INSTALLATION <br /> Beacon Station #1-502 <br /> 35 North Cherokee Lane <br /> Lodi, California <br /> For: Beacon Oil Company <br /> INTRODUCTION <br /> The following report describes a subsurface investigation and <br /> monitoring well installation program conducted at the Beacon <br /> service station located at 35 North Cherokee Lane in Lodi, <br /> California. Beacon Oil Company has requested that Applied <br /> GeoSystems perform this investigation in response to the <br /> discovery of soil contamination after a 10,000 gallon capacity <br /> diesel product storage tank was removed. <br /> This report describes the work elements associated with the <br /> investigation, and summarizes and discusses the analytical <br /> results obtained.
