EVAX <br /> Technologies permitted and installed an internaY, combustion engine (ICE) <br /> at the site in August 1989. Inadvertantly, a .report was never prepared <br /> and forwarded toy our office at the time of installation. <br /> The ICE operated at the site from October 11, 1989, .through November 8, <br /> I 1989. During its operation, the ICE extracted and combusted almost 1700 <br /> pounds of hydrocarbon (equivalent 'to approximately 270 gallons of <br /> gasoline) .
