We started installing the wells the week of December 10 and <br /> ended up with continuous rain which made the field too soggy to get a drill rig on. As a result only one <br /> well was completed (in the street) during that time. With the holidays and potential safety concerns we <br /> delayed the drilling of the remaining wells until the new year. Currently we are scheduled to begin <br /> drilling again the week of January 14th (weather permitting). <br /> Based on these delays, and the difficulty predicting winter weather, I would like to request an extension <br /> on the final well install report until March 30th; and the final start up report until the July 31st. This will <br /> give us time to work with weather delays, especially when trying to trench and install remedial piping to <br /> the off site wells. <br /> Please let me know if this is acceptable or give me a call to discuss. <br /> Thankyou! <br /> Julie D.
