Three <br /> subcontractor personnel will operate the drill rig, and a geologist from Delta will be <br /> present during drilling. Every effort will be made to keep the work area clean and to <br /> restore the area to the original condition when the work is completed. We will contact you. <br /> to coordinate drilling operations and to determine an appropriate time to initiate the <br /> fieldwork. If the soil borings are converted to groundwater monitoring wells, periodic <br /> access will be necessary to monitor and sample the wells. Our tentative schedule for the <br /> drilling of the soil borings is May 2001. Upon receipt of your authorization, we will <br /> schedule a date for our work and we will inform you of that date. <br /> We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
