Authorization to Complete Environmental Drilling <br /> And Monitoring Well Installation <br /> Page 2 <br /> • BP will provide you with the results of the work and information about BP's <br /> environmental investigation. <br /> • BP will protect you from any claims for personal injury or property damage caused by <br /> BP or its contractor during the work. <br /> • If gasoline from BP's current or former operations at the ARCO Site is identified <br /> beneath your property, BP will take all action required by government authorities at <br /> BP's expense. <br /> • Once the monitoring well is no longer required, BP will remove the well and restore <br /> the surface area of your property, at which time this agreement will end. <br /> Once the well installation is completed, the property will need to be accessed once per quarter to <br /> collect groundwater samples from the monitoring wells. We will notify you prior to each <br /> sampling event. <br /> We appreciate your cooperation in this matter. Please sign and return both copies of the Access <br /> Agreement form to our office. We will forward both copies to BP. BP will then sign both copies <br /> and one copy will be returned to you for your files.
