The station will be closed <br /> during upgrade activities while the old product lines are excavated and the new ones <br /> installed. Delta plans to install remediation piping at the same time. A copy of the <br /> proposed remediation piping plan is attached. <br /> A pre-construction meeting is scheduled for Monday, January 14, 2002, with construction <br /> to start immediately thereafter. It is our understanding that San Joaquin County will not <br /> require a plumbing permit for installation of this proposed remediation piping if we have <br /> plan approval from the Public Health Services/Environmental Health Division. <br /> Could you please review the attached remediation piping plan, and if it meets with your <br /> approval, provide us with a short letter.
