Work Plan • • <br /> ARCO Facility No.6100 <br /> Tracy,California <br /> Page 5 <br /> Schedule <br /> Upon receiving approval of this work plan, the proposed work will be scheduled, a well permit 5 (� <br /> application package will be submitted to PHS/EHD, and an encroachment permit application will be <br /> submitted to the City of Tracy. As per the CRWQCB letter dated May 16, field activities are to begin ° �5 <br /> by July 17, 2000. We do not anticipate any problems meeting this deadline, given that the necessary �o( <br /> permits are issued in a timely manner. We anticipate that it will require a minimum of three weeks <br /> after receiving the permits for a drilling contractor to become available. Fieldwork, including well <br /> development and sampling, should be completed within two weeks of initiation. The CRWQCB has <br /> issued a due date of August 21, 2000 for submittal of the report of findings.
