Soil After results are from the soil sample of the bottom of the over-excavation <br /> area PB-M at 19.5 feet collected 8/20/02. Because of the remaining contamination, the existing monitoring wells were <br /> sampled and 1,2 DCA analysis was performed since it had not been done prior to closure of the UST's removed in 1991. <br /> There was low levels of contamination in the groundwater including 1,2 DCA so the 1991 UST investigation was reopened. <br /> Water Before results are from MW2 on 10/3/02. Water After results are from MW2 on 10/25/05. The lateral and vertical <br /> extent of the groundwater contamination was defined. The SFBRWQCB Environmental Screening levels for soil are not <br /> exceeded so a risk assessment is not required. Compliance with the Public Participation requirements in Section 2728 of <br /> the California Code of Regulations has been met. Site is paved and is a Used Car Sales lot. <br /> 11 <br /> IV.
