Oements.h22 and <br /> Soil and <br /> 23, 2004, soil borings B25, B26 an <br /> grab water samples were collected and analyzed. This letter is to clarify that installation <br /> of one onsite deep ground water monitoring well, one shallow off-site ground water <br /> monitoring well, and any other additional ground water monitoring wells needed to <br /> properly monitor the plume still need to be completed. <br /> In discussions with the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board staff, EHD <br /> was informed that the site at 16 S. Cherokee, Lodi, north of this site has deep wells <br /> screened from 90 to 100 feet below ground surface and that the deep well for this site <br /> should be installed to a similar depth. In discussions with the City of Lodi staff, EHD was <br /> informed that they would allow the installation of a monitoring well east of this site in the <br /> sidewalk or parking lane, so application for an encroachment permit has been discussed <br /> with your consultant, URS Corporation.
