A soil <br /> remediation proposal dated April 10, 1991, is on file with this <br /> office, but the executive summary is lacking. Please submit an <br /> executive summary by November 1, 1991. <br /> In addition to the executive summary, you must submit a work plan <br /> to define the extent of the groundwater contamination. You should <br /> submit this work plan by November 14, 1991.
