HISTORICAL DATA: A tank test in August 1985 revealed a leaking tank <br /> and repairs were made . Fourteen monitoring wells were installed by Fox <br /> Environmental during 1985 and 1986 . Three wells were abandoned by GMS <br /> Associates because they cross connected two aquifers . Alpha <br /> Geotechnical was contracted to develop a preliminary report to <br /> completely define extent of contamination in both soil and groundwater . <br /> Six monitoring wells and five borings were installed by Alpha during <br /> beer. Pr >llvinary results Indicate that contaminatkaw is , <br /> throughout property. Two off site wells are necessary to define the <br /> extent of groundwater contamination. Currently waiting on off site <br /> access. <br /> 2. RECENT ACTIVITY: Pursuing off site access and well permits from San <br /> Joaquin - County Health District. <br /> 3 .
