9th Quarter 1992 SUES Report, Beacon Station #695, Lodi <br /> 2 November 1992 Servicing <br /> The system was down from 30 October 92 because it was never restarted The system <br /> was restarted <br /> 3 November 1992 Monitoring <br /> The system operated continuously since 2 November 92 Monitoring was performed on <br /> system influent, effluent, and extraction points Extraction points with TVH <br /> concentrations of 120 ppmv and greater were open to system vacuum plus two exceptions <br /> which were open below 120 ppmv The water knockout collected 3 gallons of water <br /> 16 November 1992 Servicing <br /> The system was down, but operated 1 day since 3 November 1993 The system was <br /> restarted <br /> 17 November 1992 Momtonng <br /> The system operated continuously since 16 November 92 Monitoring was performed on <br /> system influent, effluent, and extraction points Extraction points with TVH <br /> concentrations of 120 ppmv and greater were open to system vacuum plus four exceptions <br /> wluch were open below 120 ppmv VP-2 was open with non-detectable levels VP-3 was <br /> open at 60 ppmv VP-5 was open at 5 ppmv MW-4 was open at 70 ppmv These points <br /> were opened to lower system vacuum and prevent motor overload, The water knockout <br /> collected 18 gallons of water <br /> 20 November 1992 Monitoring <br /> The system was down but operated 24 hours a day for 3 days since 17 November 1992 <br /> Monitoring was performed on system influent, effluent, and extraction points Extraction <br /> points with TVH concentrations of greater than 50 ppmv plus three exceptions which <br /> were open to system vacuum with concentrations less than 50 ppmv <br /> 1 December 1992 Monitoring <br /> The system was down, but operated 5 days since 20 November 1993 Monitoring was <br /> performed on system influent, effluent, and extraction points Extraction points with TVH <br /> t <br /> concentrations of 325 ppmv and greater were open to the system vacuum <br />
