No <br /> environmental issues were noted in the area of the storage drums. <br /> 4.3.8 Automatic Transmission Fluid <br /> New automatic transmission fluid is stored in containers packaged for retail sales on shelves along <br /> ' the northern wall of the service area. No bulk automatic transmission fluid was stored at the Site. <br /> 4.3.9 Used Automatic Transmission Fluid <br /> ' Used automatic transmission fluid is stored and disposed of in one-gallon plastic containers kept <br /> with the used motor oil located along the north wall of the service area. <br /> 4.3.10 Other Materials <br /> Small amounts of brake fluid and gear oil packaged for retail sale were stored on shelves in the <br /> storage area along the east side of the building. No leaks,stains or environmental issues were noted <br /> tin the area of these products. <br /> 4.3.11 Janitorial Supplies <br /> ' Additional types of hazardous materials present consist of cleaning compounds for housekeeping <br /> activities. If used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, these items do not <br /> constitute a recognized environmental condition. <br /> 4.4 POLYCHLORINATED BIPHENYLS <br /> Electrical transformers,hydraulic equipment,capacitors and similar equipment may contain polychlorinated <br /> ' biphenyls(PCBs)in hydraulic or dielectric insulating fluids within the units. The federal Toxic Substances <br /> Control Act(TSCA)generally prohibited the domestic manufacture of PCBs after 1976;therefore,there is a <br /> potential for the dielectric fluid in electrical and hydraulic equipment manufactured prior to that date to <br /> ' contain PCBs. <br /> One pole-mounted electrical transformer was observed near the northeast corner of the Site. According to <br /> ' markings on case,the transformer appears to be owned by Pacific Gas&Electric(PG&E). The transformer <br /> was not labeled as to its PCB content. No leakage or staining indicative of a fluid release from the <br /> transformer was observed. <br /> ' 4.5 WATER/WASTEWATER/STORMWATER <br /> 4.5.1 Potable Water <br /> The City of Lodi provides potable water to the Site. There are no known environmental issues <br /> with potable water at the Site. <br /> ' 4.5.2 Wastewater <br /> The City of Lodi provides sanitary sewer services to the Site. No known septic systems are <br /> present at the site. <br /> There are no known environmental issues with wastewater at the Site <br /> ' 4.5.3 Storm water <br /> Storm water is collected in storm sewers located at the east end and the west end of the Site. <br /> Storm water is discharged into the municipal storm water system along Cherokee Lane. Roof <br /> drainage is via downspouts within the building.
