A Hazardous Materials Business <br /> Plan shall be established and implemented for emergency response to a release or threatened release of a <br /> hazardous material when storing hazardous materials at or above the thresholds quantities of 55 gallons for materials <br /> that are liquids, 500 pounds for solids, or 200 cubic feet for compressed gas, at standard temperature and pressure. <br /> Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the <br /> required information, and submit for review by the EHD. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to complete and/or submit a site map with all required content. <br /> The map does not show north orientation (not clearly defined), and loading areas, and access and exit points (from <br /> the street). A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and <br /> sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling <br /> and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then <br /> list it on the map and label as "NA". Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 7 HSC 25505(a)(3) Failed to establish and/or submit emergency response procedures for a release or threatened <br /> release. <br /> The emergency response procedures were lacking or inadequate. A blank Consolidated Emergency <br /> Response/Contingency Plan template was uploaded and has not been completed.
