Dispensers are closed and locked after <br /> hours. <br /> 2. All oil product valves, including the master valves,which have the ability to release the oil <br /> product tanks contents, are securely closed to prevent the unauthorized discharge of any <br /> oil product when not in use. <br /> 3. The electrical starter controls for the oil pumps are maintained in the closed position when <br /> in non-operating or standby status. Only authorized personnel have the authority to operate <br /> -- the starter controls. All starter controls on all pumps shall be locked in the off position <br /> when the facility is closed. <br /> 4. All loading and unloading connections are capped and sealed.No oil product will have any <br /> access from the capped connections. <br /> 5. Facility and security lighting is located so as to illuminate the shop, dispensing area and <br /> office area. Consideration in lighting was given in order to discover spills at night and to <br /> prevent and discourage spills occurring through acts of vandalism. <br /> 6. Facility is alarmed and only specific personnel have afterhours access. <br /> 7. Facility entrance is controlled by lockable gates and no unauthorized entry is allowed. <br /> 8. Security cameras are in place and monitored. <br /> 9. Surrounding area is fence and no access is allowed. <br /> 10.
