American Paving Systems, Inc. <br /> Tank Fuel Receiving Area Containment 40 CFR 112.7(h) <br /> American Paving Systems, Inc. has no loading rack. <br /> Management of American Paving Systems, Inc. will be notified of any discharge or spill <br /> from the loading/unloading area and proper procedures within this SPCC Plan will be <br /> implemented. <br /> Field Constructed Tanks 40 CFR 112.7(i) <br /> No oil products storage tanks were constructed on site. All storage tanks were <br /> manufactured and delivered to the facility.Field construction tank requirement of 40 CFR 112.7(i) <br /> are not applicable to this facility. <br /> Conformance with local,, State & other Regulations & Guidelines <br /> 40 CFR 112.7(1) <br /> This SPCC Plan meets the requirement of Federal EPA, State of California CUPA and the <br /> County of San Joaquin, (local CUPA). American Paving Systems, Inc. will make this Plan <br /> available to any agency that has jurisdiction over American Paving Systems, Inc., upon request, <br /> and address any questions that may arise from an inquiry or inspection of the facility. The County <br /> of San Joaquin is expected to inspect the facility and verify that American Paving Systems, Inc. is <br /> conforming to the applicable requirements of this Plan. If a reportable spill occurs DF W's Office <br /> of Spill Prevention and Response will be notified. <br /> Qualified Oil-Filled Operational Equipment <br /> 40 CFR 112.7(k) <br /> The facility does not have nor operate any qualified oil-filled operational equipment on <br /> site.
