Can you provide copies of the documents and pictures that you are referring <br /> to. Also, is there any information on the size of the cistern and that it was constructed below ground. The <br /> concrete vault/sump (cistern)was filled with items that lead to the belief that it had been used for disposal of <br /> hazardous materials. The well water sample had TPH and other contaminants. All of this needs to be explained. <br /> If water sample results from the monitoring wells to be installed are similar to the well water sample results it may <br /> be shown that the contamination is from the UST contamination.
