(HETI), <br /> dated May 8, 2001, that was written on your behalf. In the correspondence HETI <br /> discusses site work that was performed in August 2000 which resulted in the generation <br /> of several 55-gallon drums of soil drill cuttings. Soil samples collected were analyzed for <br /> petroleum hydrocarbons. Results of the analyses were all non-detect. Therefore, HETI <br /> requests on-site management of the soil cuttings by the Central California Traction <br /> Company. <br /> PHS/EHD approves this request.
